Information we collect

We collect information only when you choose to send it to us through a form on this site:

• Quote requests: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you're interested in, and any details you add about what you're tossing.
• Drop-off scheduling: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, city, ZIP code, dumpster size and rental length, preferred date and time window, and any placement notes.

When you submit a form, our bot-protection service also processes your IP address and basic browser signals to confirm you're a real person (see “Services we rely on” below). We don't collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to:

• Respond to your quote request with pricing.
• Schedule, deliver, and pick up your dumpster at the address you provide.
• Contact you about your rental with confirmations, delivery updates, and follow-ups.

That's it. We don't use your information for advertising, we don't sell or rent it to anyone, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don't track you across other websites. The only third-party code on the site is Cloudflare Turnstile, the bot-protection check on our forms, which may set a cookie solely to verify your submission.

Services we rely on

A few trusted services process data on our behalf to keep the site working:

• Cloudflare Turnstile verifies form submissions come from people, not bots. It processes your IP address and browser characteristics. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Resend delivers your form submission to our inbox as an email. See the Resend privacy policy.

These providers only receive what they need to do their job, and we don't authorize them to use your information for anything else. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions arrive in our business inbox and are kept as long as we need them to handle your rental and our records, typically no longer than ordinary business bookkeeping requires. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask.

Your choices

You can contact us anytime to see what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] or call or text (480) 307-5582and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

Our services are for adults booking dumpster rentals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date at the top. Meaningful changes only. We won't quietly expand what we collect.
