Pricing & quotes
What a rental costs, what's included, and how quotes work.
A 15-yard dumpster runs $350 for 3 days or $400 for 7. A 20-yard runs $400 for 3 days or $450 for 7. Every rental includes delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of disposal, and extra weight is a flat $75 per ton, with no hidden fees.
No. Honest everyday pricing is the whole point. Delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of disposal are built into every rental. The only extra you could ever see is weight beyond the included 2 tons, billed at a flat $75 per ton.
Every rental includes 2 tons of disposal in the price. Go over and the extra is a flat $75 per ton — that's it. If you think your load might run heavy, like a roofing tear-off or old pavers, mention it when you book and we'll help you plan the right size and rental for it.
Competitors around the Valley advertise “sale” prices of $499–$550; our everyday rates start at $350 — up to $150 less than their sale prices. We're a locally owned Phoenix company, not a call-center franchise, so you're not paying for the overhead.
Never. Call, text, or use the online form — a booking request isn't a quote or a charge. A real person reviews it, confirms availability, and locks in your delivery window with your total price up front before anything hits the schedule.
Sizing & what goes in
Picking the right dumpster and knowing what it can hold.
The 15-yard handles most kitchen and bath remodels, roofing jobs, and garage cleanouts. Go 20-yard — our most popular — for whole-home cleanouts, additions, and anything with bulky furniture. Not sure? Call us, describe the project, and we'll recommend the size that saves you money, even if it's the cheaper one.
Almost everything: furniture and mattresses, appliances, carpet and flooring, drywall and lumber, tile and fixtures, yard debris, shed and fence teardowns, broken-down hot tubs, exercise equipment, trampolines and playsets, grills and patio sets, pallets and cardboard, and general household junk. Not sure about an item? Text us a photo and we'll tell you straight away.
The short no-list is hazardous materials: wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuels, tires, batteries, and medical waste. If you're not sure whether something counts, call or text us a photo and we'll tell you straight away.
One dumpster covers every kind of project: garage and home cleanouts, remodels and renovations, roofing tear-offs, yard and storm cleanup — branches, palm fronds, monsoon mess, old pavers — moving and estate cleanouts, and commercial jobs. We drop it where you want it, you fill it, and we haul it away when you're done.
Delivery & pickup
How the dumpster gets to your driveway and back out of it.
Most days, yes. Call before 2pm and we can usually have a dumpster in your driveway the same afternoon. Otherwise you'll get first pick of next-day windows. Either way, we call about 30 minutes before we arrive.
Pick a morning window (7–11 am), an afternoon window (11 am–3 pm), or tell us you're flexible and any time works. We confirm your window by call or text before the driver heads over.
Nope. Mark the spot, leave a note, or give us a gate code and we'll place the dumpster exactly where you want it. When you're done, just let us know and we'll come grab it — you don't have to be there for that either.
A driveway or street-side spot works best. Our driver needs a straight, level run about three car lengths long to set the dumpster down safely, plus clear overhead — watch for low branches, power lines, and carport roofs. Move vehicles and trash cans out of the way before your window, and if the spot is behind a gate, put the code in your placement notes.
We place every dumpster with your driveway in mind and set it down carefully, exactly where you point. Tell us where you want it during booking and we'll handle the rest.
Just let us know — call or text — and we'll pick it up fast and handle the disposal. Two tons are already included in your price, and you don't need to be there for the haul-away.
Rental period & coverage
How long you can keep it, who we serve, and where we deliver.
No problem. Give us a call and we'll work out an extension that fits your project. We'd rather flex the schedule than have you rush a remodel.
Same-day and next-day delivery are often available, so last-minute calls work out most of the time. Booking takes about 60 seconds — call, text, or use the online form, pick a 15 or 20-yard dumpster and a 3 or 7-day rental, and we confirm your delivery window by call or text.
All the time: offices, retail turnovers, storage units, rental properties, and job sites. Property managers, realtors, and contractors get priority scheduling — ask about recurring swaps that keep crews working.
Yes — licensed and insured, and locally owned, not a franchise. The person who quotes your rental is the person who delivers it, on time and exactly where you want it.
We deliver across Phoenix and the East Valley, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, Goodyear, Avondale, and Surprise.
